NutriChoice (Canada) Inc. is based in North Vancouver, British Columbia, and is led by three executives.
What we have done
Foundation
NutriChoice (Canada) Inc. was incorporated, set up its corporate accounts, registered the NutriChoice trade name and completed its first structured market research.
Product design
The product’s scope and structural design were completed, and the first working version of the platform was specified to five core capabilities.
Pilot agreement signed
Seven operating locations of one restaurant group. NutriChoice service is not yet active at any of them.
Contracted build
A contracted development team was selected and began building the platform on paid milestones.

Why we work to written rules
A restaurant dish can change when a supplier, a recipe or a portion changes. We are building NutriChoice around fixed, written rules and dated recipe records. Fixed rules give the same answer for the same record, and each change to a recipe is planned to be recorded as a new version.
