The service we’re building

More detail at every step.

Restaurant information

Participating restaurants will supply ingredient, portion and preparation information. The record starts with what the kitchen can document.

02

A clear comparison

The planned service compares recorded meal information with selected dietary limits. Preference ranking stays separate from screening.

03

Information you can inspect

The planned meal label links to a particular recipe version and distinguishes completed checks from outstanding information.

How a dish is planned to be screenedStep 1: The kitchen’s recipe record, ingredients, amounts and portion. Step 2: The choices you set, your limits and foods to avoid. Step 3: Fixed rules compare them, they do not predict how a meal will affect you. Step 4: Dishes that pass are shown, ranking orders only these dishes. Otherwise: Over a limit, a food to avoid or a missing figure: the dish is left out.

Your planned journey.

01

Set your choices.

Choose the limits and the foods to avoid that you want to use. The service is designed to compare each dish’s recorded nutrients and ingredients with the choices you set. It will not set your medical targets.

02

Let fixed rules check each dish.

Fixed, written rules check each dish’s recipe record against your choices. The rules do not predict how a meal will affect you. If a number the check needs is missing, the dish is held back from the views that need it and is never shown as a match.

03

See what passed, in your order.

Ranking only orders the dishes that passed. It cannot add back a dish the rules left out.

04

Review before you order.

Every price you see will include all NutriChoice fees; fees are itemised at checkout.

05

Check what arrives.

The restaurant is planned to label each meal, linked to the recipe version used. Customer feedback will help us evaluate and improve the service.

Who does what?

Restaurants prepare the food and maintain their recipe and preparation records. NutriChoice is developing the information and ordering platform. Third-party couriers are planned to handle delivery where available.

More information has limits.

Ingredient records and preparation disclosures cannot guarantee that a meal is free from an allergen or cross-contact. Discuss your requirements directly with the restaurant, and follow your healthcare professional’s guidance.
