Build carefully. Test in real kitchens.
NutriChoice is in development. The current plan targets an initial platform release in the first quarter of 2027, followed by staged pilot testing. Timing depends on product, restaurant and review readiness.
Public ordering is not available yet.
The pilot agreement
In October 2025 we signed a pilot agreement covering seven operating locations of one restaurant group — three in British Columbia, four in Ontario. NutriChoice service is not yet active at any of them.

Where we plan to begin
British Columbia: North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Coquitlam.
Ontario: North York, Richmond Hill, Newmarket and Midtown Toronto.
Planned pilot areas, not current service coverage.
After the pilot, a new delivery area is planned to open only once at least ten restaurant locations have committed to it. The area it grows from must first have kept its repeat orders steady for a full quarter. The pilot deliberately runs below ten locations, to test the process.
What the pilot will help us learn
Four questions
- Can kitchen teams maintain accurate menu records?
- Can diners understand the information before choosing?
- Do preparation, labelling and handoff processes work together?
- Will people return, and can the service work commercially for restaurants?
Be part of the next step
For diners: Register your interest to hear about relevant availability updates. Joining does not guarantee a pilot place or a launch date.
For restaurants: in 2027 the pilot is planned to run with one restaurant group. A small number of independent restaurants are planned to join inside the pilot areas late in 2027.
Restaurants outside the pilot: onboarding is planned to open in Metro Vancouver after the February 2028 pilot review, if it confirms the service is ready. In the Greater Toronto Area, it is planned to open if the July 2028 commercial review passes.
